Refunds & Returns

Every memory bear, pillow, and quilt is made from your own irreplaceable materials. Because we can't resell a custom piece, all sales are final once work has begun.

The $250 deposit reserves your spot on the calendar, covers consultation time, and pays for initial materials. It is non-refundable from the moment it's paid.

• Before we've started: if you change your mind before we've cut into your materials, contact us and we'll do our best to work something out. The non-refundable deposit on quilts still applies.
• After we've started: we cannot cancel or refund the order.

If your finished piece arrives with a defect in our workmanship, or we got something wrong on our end:

• Email haglerjill5@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos.
• We'll repair, remake, or refund — whichever fits the situation best.

This does not cover normal variation in handmade goods, fabric behavior we noted in advance, or wear and tear after use.

We pack carefully and ship with tracking. If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us within 7 days so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

By default, fabric not used in your finished item is not returned. If you'd like leftover material sent back, let us know before we begin and we'll quote return shipping.
